Porting NASA's WorldWind 3D virtual globe to the Pocket PC

| Managed DirectX 3D Mobile provided Casey Chesnut a way to port the open source WorldWind project to the Compact Framework. Combine that with a little more initiative and some help from MapPoint Web Service (MWS) and he was plotting Hooter's restaurant location on a virtual globe in the palm of his hand.
